Overview

Caelo is the floating island that becomes the capital of the Neverlands and home to the Fairy Council.

It is created through the convergence of Adrasteia’s magic and that of Aether, a Water Fae specializing in cloud formation. Its established identity joins a place of Fae authority with that magical origin.
